Exhibition Registration

THE EXHIBITIONS: FREE EXHIBITION

During this meeting, an exhibition will showcase the works of all participants. Everyone is free to present a maximum of 3 pieces of their choice. Participants will take their pieces back at the end of the weekend, unless the participant decides to put the piece up for sale and share all or part of the revenue with the organization as a sign of support. A form must be filled out for each piece and sent to the organizers.

EXHIBITION - SILENT AUCTION

Another area will be dedicated to the silent auction, part or all of the proceeds of which will go to our association. The participant will have the choice to donate the entire sum collected from the sale of their piece or only a previously defined percentage. A form must be filled out for each piece and sent to the organizers, online form at rit.art-sur-bois.ch.

PARTICIPANTS

Each participant must complete their registration before August 28, 2026. After August 28, registrations will be put on a waiting list for organizational reasons. The registration form is to be filled out on rit.art-sur-bois.ch or sent by email to rit@art-sur-bois.ch.

WORKS

The works can be made from any species of wood, provided they are not listed in the CITES list. Materials other than wood are allowed. The works must be entirely made by the author. Each work must be accompanied by the technical sheet duly completed and signed by the author.

DELIVERY OF WORKS

The works must be presented between September 11 at 3:00 PM and Saturday September 12 at 10:00 AM. Packaging and round-trip transport are the responsibility of the participant. The works will be returned to the participant on Sunday September 13 at 5:00 PM.

INSURANCE

Although every possible action will be taken to avoid any inconvenience, under no circumstances can the organizers or the venue hosting the competition be held responsible for possible damage to the works or their theft.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of the exhibition and the event. Under no circumstances will they be transmitted outside the scope of the event.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Sending the application for admission to the exhibition implicitly implies full and responsible acceptance of these rules by the participant.
